Abstract The science and engineering postgraduate training mode of "three-level management and two-level training" was formed by 6 years practice. The training mode induded supervisor, supervisor team, and college management, in order to strengthen academic training, promote research ability and pay attention to the cultivation of knowledge applied skills and the promotion of practical ability. The management system and measures of graduate education were formed by practice and exploration.
