Abstract Based on the background of the new reform of college entrance examination in Shanghai (from "3+1" to "3+3"), this paper analyzed the changes of teaching objects, teaching contents, teaching goals, and evaluation mode after chemistry had changed from "3+1 discipline" to "3+3 discipline", and put forward some suggestions on the corresponding changes in terms of education management, teaching contents, examination evaluation, teachers' own teaching conceptions.
