Junior High School Chemistry Test Questions Setting and Teaching Reflection Based on Chemistry Thought and Method
The test question setting based on chemistry thought and method should take core knowledge as the carrier, set up real problem situations, focus on core literacy and examine core competence. The typical test questions should reflect the chemistry thought and method, and construct the thought model to solve problems from the perspective of ability conception. Through statistics and analysis of the data after examination, this paper evaluated the implementation of the chemistry thought and method in teaching, diagnosed the teaching effect, and put forward the teaching reflection.
Analysis and Enlightenment of Crosscutting Concepts of Science Education in Junior High School of Chinese Taiwan
This paper studied the science curriculum design of junior high school based on the crosscutting concept frameworks in Chinese Taiwan, including the connotation, elements, curriculum design characteristics and the deficiencies of the crosscutting concept frameworks. This paper also compared the relationships between Compulsory Education Chemistry Curriculum Standards (2011) and crosscutting concept, in order to explore the implications of the crosscutting concepts research on the study of science education in Chinese mainland.

Linkage Changes of Chemistry Teaching Under the Background of College Entrance Examination Reform in Shanghai
Unite Integrated Design and Teaching Practice of “Entering the Era of Synthetic Organic Polymer Compounds”
Selecting the polyvinyl alcohol eye drops and vinylon fiber as the teaching material, unite integrated design and teaching practice of "entering the era of synthetic polymer compound"were carried out. This paper integrated the teaching contents following three professional systems, namely polymer chemistry, polymer physics and polymer engineering. And it created specific situations and questions to inspire students to acquire new knowledge through reflection, discussion as well as doing experiments in class and finally comprehend the general research methods of polymer science and engineering, as well as the relationship among polymer compositions, structures, properties and applications.
Implementation of the “Experiment-Property-Principle” Ternary Integrated Strategy in Chemistry Review of Senior Three: Taking “Weak Electrolyte Ionization and Equilibrium” for Example
This paper expounded the connotation of "Experiment-Property-Principle" ternary integrated strategy and its implementation and application in chemistry review of senior three. Taking "weak electrolyte ionization and equilibrium" for example, this paper took experimental investigation of "the difference between the same concentration of hydrochloric acid and acetic acid" for driving task, combined with the phenomenon of hydrochloric acid and acetic acid respectively react with magnesium in different periods, let students draw curve of c(H+)-t to analyze the change of c(H+), according to the chemical reaction principle to predict possible reasons, and made the "macro-micro-symbol" triple characterization of the strong and weak electrolytes. This paper introduced data analysis activity of ionization equilibrium constant with the learning tasks of problem solving strategy of "reasons" and training, chart reading method, method of control variables and so on, put forward some teaching suggestions for chemistry review of senior three.
Inquiry Activity Design of Special Review of Iodine and Its Compounds
Special review of element compounds in senior three should pay attention to the promotion of students' inquiry consciousness and the establishment of the thinking framework of situational inquiry. In inquiry activity design of element compounds, this paper integrated the process of substance transformation of iodine and its compounds and the reasons for "abnormal phenomena" in the reaction, carried out the teaching around how to design the experimental scheme to carry out empirical activities, how to collect evidence to prove or disprove the conjecture. This paper expounded thoughts and implementation methods of inquiry activity design, and formed the general thinking model of solving the problem, and made teaching reflections.
Review Teaching and Reflection of “Multiple Uses of Coal” of Senior Three Based on Developing Core Literacy of Chemistry
Taking the review teaching of "multiple uses of coal" of senior three for example, this paper established the teaching goal based on the core literacy of chemistry, focused on the discussion of following two questions:"How did the chemical factory deal with SO2 produced by coal combustion" "how to select the reaction conditions of coal gasification", and discussed the teaching process in detail. This paper also summarized and reflected on the teaching practice and implementation of the objectives:setting real situations to effectively develop the core literacy of chemistry; innovating teaching design to stimulate students' interests in learning; using a string of questions to promote knowledge and thoughts structured; designing a good teaching plan to promote the literacy dominant.
Using “Unique Way” to Rapidly Calculate the Heat of Reaction
This paper introduced a new method different from the conventional method to calculate the heat of reaction by using the law of Hess:Observe the target reaction and find the substance that appeared only once in the given multiple reactions, in order to determine the expression of the heat of the target reaction. According to the feedback from the actual investigation, this method could obviously improve the speed and accuracy of students' problem solving.
Review on Domestic Research of High School Chemistry Homework
Diagnosis Analysis of Chemistry Learning Based on Rule Space Model
This paper used rule space model to diagnose the students' cognitive situation, and changed that the test was only a test of scores, and expanded the diagnostic function of education evaluation. Taking "expression of material composition" in junior high school chemistry for example, this paper prepared test items for attributes to be examined, classified all test-takers as different response patterns from their actual response using rule space model, in order to analyze the cognitive state of students, diagnose the students' cognitive defects, and provide suggestions for teachers.
Effect of Reactant Concentration on Chemical Reaction Rate Using Digital Imaging Colorimetric Method
This paper studied the effect of reactant concentration on the chemical reaction rate using digital imaging colorimetric method, and the curve of "green (the complementary of light fuchsia solution) channel values"-time characterized the relationship between concentration and chemical reaction rate. Meanwhile, the relationship between the concentration and reaction rate was also inquired by the curve of "transmittance-time" using the spectrophotometer. The results indicated that digital imaging was a very simple and feasible way. In addition, using carry-on electronic products to carry on experiment research was interesting and scientific for the experimental teaching.
Improved Experiment of Determination of Oxygen in Air
Through the literature research and experimental research, this paper drew the conclusion:Measuring oxygen content in air by oxygen absorption principle was more scientific and accurate than the traditional method, and then put forward the improvement plan.
Synthesis and Characterization of Injectable Enzymatic Polymeric Hydrogels
This paper prepared a novel kind of injectable hydrogels with fast-curing rate under catalysis of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and H2O2, in which gelators were synthesized by esterification of polyethylene glycol (PEG,Mn=2000) and p-hydroxyphenyl-propionic acid(DAT). The effects of the concentration of HRP, gelators and H2O2on gelation time were studied, results showed that higher concentrations of gelators and HRP, lower concentrations of H2O2 resulted in shorter gelation time; the shortest time was 3 second. The structure of gelators was characterized by FTIR and H-NMR measurements. The mechanism of free radical polymerization of gelators in the presence of HRP/H2O2 was proposed.
Mathematical Deduction of Minimum Solubility of Amino Acids at Isoelectric Point
By analyzing the equilibrium relationship of neutral amino acids with different conformations at isoelectric point, this paper proved mathematically its characteristics of the maximum amphoteric ion concentration, maximum distribution coefficient, and the minimum solubility at a given temperature. These features were reinforced by the distribution coefficient and the solubility diagram of relevant amino acids with different conformations in solution. This paper also interpreted the separation of amino acids in the Organic Chemistry Basis published by Jiangsu Education Press.
