Abstract Through experiment this paper found that:When AgNO3 solution was directly mixed with KI solution, the double decomposition reaction occurred, and the redox reaction occurred when the direct contact of ions was prevented by the primary battery with salt bridge. Then this paper analyzed the reaction mechanism from two aspects of chemical thermodynamics and kinetics.
