Abstract  In order to improve the teaching quality of analytical chemistry in Higher Vocational Colleges in the post MOOC era, a hybrid teaching mode based on SPOC for analytical chemistry was proposed. Firstly, the characteristics of higher vocational students and the main problems in the teaching of analytical chemistry were analyzed. Then according to the construction process based on the mixed teaching mode of SPOC, the principles and ideas of curriculum analysis, holistic design, resource development, teaching process and assessment design were expounded. Finally, the mixed teaching environment and implementation process of analytical chemistry course based on flipped classroom were discussed.
