Abstract  In the university teaching of inorganic chemistry experiments, we assayed the content of calcium, iron and zinc in health medicine by the technique of element content determination. We detailed the experiment condition, assay method and calculation process. Here, we emphatically discussed separation and purification method for the testing sample and effective masking method for interfering elements. By comparing the experimental results with the content data in the product description, it shows that the experimental method has satisfactory accuracy and operability.
