Abstract Under the circumstance of higher education massification, cultivating top talents by educational reform is quite important. In this paper, we introduced a new teaching form based on new recruited young faculty, which combined theory course assisting, experimental teaching and scientific research training together. By the continuous and tracking mode, it can not only select and cultivate top talents, but also facilitate young teachers’ progress, which benefits teachers as well as students.
