Abstract Curriculum and teaching are the basis of normal professional accreditation. Aiming at the problems existing in the course, the course and teaching reform of chemistry pedagogy is carried out according to the standard requirements of normal professional accreditation. The course objectives and contents are designed in the light of outcome-based education; The contents are dynamically updated through “U-S bidirectional construction mechanism”; Case-based teaching mode coordinated by online and offline teaching is applied to highlight the principle of student-centered, and “teaching, learning and evaluation” are integrated to improve teaching strategy. The results show that students have high degree of initiative and participation in learning, and high degree of achievement of curriculum objectives.
