Abstract  Science teaching is the main way to cultivate students' scientific literacy. The current science teaching doesn't have a deep understanding of the attributes of scientific knowledge, which leads to the failure to give full play to the educational function of science teaching. According to the process of the generation and development of scientific knowledge, scientific knowledge has scientific, cultural and social attributes, and its scientific attributes are embodied in four aspects: empirical, logical, structural and ideological properties. Based on the analysis of the scientific attributes, the teaching strategies of infiltrating scientific attributes in scientific knowledge teaching are put forward, and integrates scientific knowledge, scientific method, scientific logic, scientific structure and scientific ideology to cultivate students' scientific literacy in the learning of scientific knowledge.
