Abstract Understand the connotation of chemical aggregation thought, clarify the level and path of chemical aggregation of substances, understand the process of particles from one to many based on electronic structure, spatial structure and aggregation structure, understand the aggregation structure based on aggregation unit and aggregation mode, understand the relationship between structure and nature based on the perspective of aggregation, form a systematic and scientific chemical aggregation thought, and improve the understanding level of senior high school teachers in the subject of chemical aggregation thought, the teaching value of the thought of chemical aggregation is deeply explored and excavated.
