Abstract This class takes “uncovering the complexes in human life and health” as the project research theme, guiding students to master the coordination bonds and the existence and structure of complexes in human body. And designes a total of five sub-tasks: “Investigate the existence of complexes in human body” “explore the concept of coordination bonds” “clarify the structural characteristics of complexes” “understand the application of complexes” and “explain the principle of carbon monoxide poisoning”. The content is divided into two parts. The first part takes the coordination bond in human hemoglobin as the context to understand the existence of the complex; the second part sets three steps to sublimate the cognition of the complex from the perspective of structure, from the macro identification to the micro structure analysis, so as to improve students' cognition level and discipline accomplishment of the complex, and implement the integration requirements of teaching, learning and evaluation.
