Abstract In this article taking the teaching of the Henderson Hasselbalch equation in the basic theory of biochemistry for example,we reform its teaching content and methods,and deeply explore the application of this equation in various practices and engineering,and try to expand its explanation of practice and application in teaching.The results show that students can better understand and master the equation,effectively consolidate their understanding and mastery of the theoretical knowledge,and improve their ability to apply the equation to think about practical problems and make rational judgments through in-depth and detailed explanation of the practice and application of the equation.
