Abstract In this work, with the help of a series of computational chemistry analysis methods, a visualization teaching scheme on hydrogen bonding was designed based on several hydrogen bond systems as case studies. This scheme was intended to guide students in operating experiments during class to obtain intuitional data images and use them for evidence reasoning and model cognition of the structural characteristics and functional nature of hydrogen bonds. This aims to enhance students’ understanding and memory of hydrogen bond knowledge, thereby improving their core literacy.
