Abstract Based on the electron configuration of microscopic atoms, the atomic radius, ionizing energy and change law of element properties are explored in the real situation. The value of these concepts of atomic radius and ionizing energy is redefined, the correlation between atomic radius, ionization energy and electronegativity is established, and the periodic law (table) model of elements is constructed from a quantitative perspective.
