Abstract  Basic chemistry laboratory is a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in medicine, which plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating the practical abilities and scientific literacy. In response to the problems in the teaching process of basic chemistry laboratory, teaching reforms are carried out around teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation methods, and other aspects based on acid-base titration experiment.By combining the modes of problem-guidance and online/offline,students could enhance their interest in exploring problems and their ability to independently analyze and solve problems. The reformed experiment could significantly improve the students’ understanding of acid-base titration and promote their deep learning. The purpose of applying knowledge to practice could be achieved.
