提高化学类研究生创新活力之方法初探

Abstract Innovation capability cultivating is core of postgraduate education and one of the important tasks of colleges. A series of measures to improve postgraduates' innovation vitality are given, such as reform of training mode, assessment mechanism, creative practice activities and tutor team, which has obtained satisfactory results.
