Abstract In view of the increasing demand of graduates' practical ability in recent years, this paper put forward some teaching reform measures. These measures included that exploiting the characteristic of science majors, strengthening students' professional practice ability education, creating a new talent cultivating system for pharmaceutical chemistry, establishing the practice education base for the talent cultivating system of pharmaceutical chemistry. In addition, this paper also proposed some new suggestions on education system, adjustment of curriculum module and promotion of comprehensive ability.
