Abstract This paper designed a series of experiments for synthesis, test, collection and properties of acetylene using microscale experiment apparatus for preparing gas, mainly focused on laboratory supplies, experimental installation, operating steps and safety cautions. These experiments were simple, safe and environment-friendly, students could conduct the experiments independently, which was conducive to the cultivation of students' experimental ability.
