Research on Case Teaching of Pharmaceutical Separation Based on Integration of Teaching and Science

Abstract Pharmaceutical separation engineering is a practical course. However, the traditional teaching mode focuses on theoretical knowledge, and lacks the training of students’ ability to solve practical problems and design ability. In this paper, project cases of “extraction of isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutose from the buds of Parochetus communis” was served as an example to introduce how to strengthen students’ practical abilities by case teaching and information technology. Furthermore, the application of case teaching was discussed.
