Abstract  To improve the teaching effect of titration analysis in chemical experiment for pharmaceutical specialty, this paper proposed a new teaching mode for the determination of pharmaceuticals content by titration analysis. According to the teaching mode, the experiment was designed into different condition experiments; therefore, students could share their experiment date after completing the different condition experiments and analyze the condition of the entire experiment by processing the experimental data. This learning process could make the students have a better understanding about the experimental principle, improve their ability to analyze the key points of experiments and the data processing, and then enhance their sense of teamwork.
