Abstract  Experiment teaching plays an essential role in achieving the integration of production and teaching of higher vocational education. Chongqing Industry Polytechnic College, optimizes experimental curriculum system in pharmaceutical production technology major with the new "green chain of production" system, involving new type of experimental course framework, micro experimental details in an environmental friendly way and "O2O" experiment teaching means. This reform has successfully made the combination of laboratory exercises and learning as well as the union of production and learning come true, meanwhile vastly improving students' comprehensive practical skills, professional and comprehensive quality and their problem-solving ability.
