Abstract In view of current teaching mode in analytical chemistry for higher vocational education and students' lack of interests in learning, this paper introduced a new teaching design from three aspects taking the experiment of acid-base titration as an example, involving the preparation before class, the infiltration of ecological thought in class and the reflection and self-examination and repairation by students after class. The result showed that it could promote students' interests and innovative ability in experiments, cultivate their responsibility and realize a real harmonious ecological class.
