Abstract “Chemical energy and electrical energy” is the core content in compulsory stage of senior high school to develop students’ chemistry discipline core literacy. This paper guides students around the true content-setting of “Why is Car Running” to analyze the working principle of the primary cell and inquire the constitution condition of the primary cell by using the experimental phenomenon that the copper-zinc cell drives the car to develop students’ chemistry discipline core literacy.
