Abstract There is tremendous troubles in studying the course of organic chemistry spectroscopy for students. In order to improve their enthusiasm and learning efficiency, herein, an interesting teaching activity termed as game classroom teaching by using the online learning website of organic spectrum had been introduced. The implementation of this teaching activity is divided into classroom and after-class. It mainly relies on the answer mode of iSpec website game competition, combines teachers undefined classroom teaching and students undefined autonomous learning, carries on the professor of related knowledge and skills, which would be facile to improve the learning efficiency and effect of students.
