Formation Mechanism of Education and Teaching Ability of Chemistry Normal Students in Implementation of Chemistry Teaching Theory Course

Abstract The education and teaching ability system of normal university students is refined based on Standard of Teachers' Professional Ability of Normal University Students Majoring in Middle School Education, and the system covers the competency of ethics practice, practical teaching ability, comprehensive education ability and professional development ability and the corresponding 10 aspects of ability elements. Taking chemistry teaching theory as an example, this paper analyzes the corresponding relationship between the contents of the chapter and the four abilities,and discusses the formation mechanism and ways of education and teaching ability of chemistry normal students in the course implementation. The formation mechanism of the four ability of chemistry normal students has its own characteristics, which requires positive interaction between normal students and teachers.
