Abstract Taking “acid-base titration method” as an example, based on the self-created SPOC curriculum resources for the students majoring in pharmacy, online and offline blended teaching mode including front analysis, teaching process and evaluation method is constructed. With full analysis of teaching content, object, learning status and learning environment, the teaching process consisting of three procedures of preview before class online, classroom teaching offline and extended study after class online is properly designed. The diversified and comprehensive assessment combining online and offline evaluation is developed with the improvement of process evaluation. Through the reflection of the whole process of teaching, the main advantages and problems of online and offline blended mode in the teaching of analytical chemistry are discussed.
