Abstract A novel experiment teaching system of food biochemistry including basic experiment, comprehensive experiment and design experiment was constructed. Some methods about how to deal with the relationship between theory and practice, this course and subsequent courses, inside and outside of class room, teaching and scientific research were introduced with analysis of tipical teaching cases.
