Abstract  The key factors of positron emission computed tomography (PET) are the positron radionuclide labelled radiopharmaceuticals, the development and clinical translation of which are the core techniques of PET molecular imaging diagnostic techniques. The theory, safety, synthesis, labelling, clinical application and the characteristics were briefly introduced in this paper. Our purpose is to popularize the knowledge of positron radionuclide labelled radiopharmaceuticals. It is useful for students to broaden chemical horizon and promote scientific literacy.
