Abstract  This paper thoroughly reformed experiment contents, teaching methods and testing methods of property experiment of organic compounds. It integrated traditional individual verification experiment into comprehensive design experiment. Students independently explained and designed the identification experiment of unknown compounds and their experiment results were evaluated through diversified testing methods. In the process, more attention was paid to the cultivation of students' comprehensive scientific literacy such as experimental operation skills and innovative ability to obtain satisfied teaching effect.
