Tomas Lindahl, Paul Modrich and Aziz Sancar are awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2015 for having mapped and explained how the cell repairs its DNA and safeguards the genetic information. Their work helps people understand the molecular mechanisms of DNA repair pathways in detail, and provides the basis for understanding the causes of genetic diseases and the mechanisms of cancer and aging process.

Before 1950s, the inorganic chemistry textbooks in colleges and universities in China were mainly original or translation edition of corresponding foreign textbooks. In 1960s, the textbook construction of inorganic chemistry in China entered a brief period of prosperity. Now the inorganic chemistry textbooks widely used in colleges and universities are four representative inorganic chemistry textbooks published in 1977-1990. After 2000, although the number of varieties of inorganic chemistry textbooks increased significantly, but the quality is less. In the future, the division and connection of the basic inorganic chemistry and medium inorganic chemistry, and the integration of teaching materials and information technology should be consided.

This paper introduced the team-based guiding teaching method of organic chemistry in medical universities that required teachers to eleborately design their teaching and systematically compile guiding outline. According to the guiding outline, teachers should guide students to complete the procedures in the form of team-based teaching method such as material preparation, before-class discussions, formative evaluation records, in-class explanation and exercise solution, so as to enhance students' ability of autonomous learning.

Taking the experiment of phosphating treatment on iron and steel surface as an example, this paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of chemical experiment teaching reform on the exploration of applied talents training in local universities. Taking the experiment of decolorization and degradation of dye wastewater as an example, this paper discussed the application of PBL mode in chemical experiment teaching and put forward the operation procedures and teaching evaluation. The experiment teaching took problem solving as task driven based on PBL mode, played the guiding role of problems in the learning process, encouraged students to actively participate in the teaching process. These methods could mobilized students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, improved students' ability to master the knowledge and practical ability, cultivated students' creative spirit and innovative ability.

This paper thoroughly reformed experiment contents, teaching methods and testing methods of property experiment of organic compounds. It integrated traditional individual verification experiment into comprehensive design experiment. Students independently explained and designed the identification experiment of unknown compounds and their experiment results were evaluated through diversified testing methods. In the process, more attention was paid to the cultivation of students' comprehensive scientific literacy such as experimental operation skills and innovative ability to obtain satisfied teaching effect.

In view of low yield and environment pollution caused by overflow of ammonia in the ammonia soda process for preparing sodium carbonate, this paper improved the experiment by adding ammonia in 3 times and taking phenolphthalein as indicator to control the addition of ammonia. These methods could increase the yield, shorten the reaction time and reduce the air pollution in the ammonia soda process for preparing sodium carbonate.

Taking the pre-service teachers participating in the teaching skills competition as the research objects, this article analyzed the differences of the teaching skills of pre-service teachers and investigated the relationship between microteaching and teaching skills. The results showed that pre-service teachers had good teaching skills and there was no significant difference of simulation class, blackboard design and impromptu speech session while pre-service teachers in different grades or using different textbook. However, there existed significant differences of simulation class, blackboard design and impromptu speech between the high group and the low group while pre-service teachers divide by microteaching academic level. Regression curve also indicated that microteaching had positive effect to promote pre-service teachers' teaching skills.

According to the characteristics of organic chemistry experiment course in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposed a six-step naturally individualized teaching method including self-study guidance, emotional regulation, emphasizing foundation, strengthening training, summary reflection and homework, with the example of preparation of ethyl acetate. Teaching practice showed that students' self-regulated learning ability and team spirit have improved significantly, and good teaching results have been achieved.
