Abstract  From the perspective of pre-service teacher education, a chemistry didactics teacher and a pre-service chemistry teacher studied high school chemistry teacher BAO Zhi-Ming' classroom questioning. Based on the teaching design and the wonderful question design, this paper studied the introduction of the classroom, concerning the concept of science, chemistry experiment teaching, focusing on chemical principles from micro perspective, in order to experience the design intention of chemistry classroom questioning based on subject ideas, as well as provide the study strategies for pre-service teacher.
