This paper used the rule space model theory to study the cognitive diagnosis of the mysteries of material constitution in junior high school chemistry. This study applied the mode of determination of attributes, organized the test papers, established the Q matrix between test papers and attributes, tested students, analyzed cognitive diagnosis and found that the students had not grasped these attributes:relationships among atomic, ionic and molecular particle; under-standing of elements closely related to human; recognition of elements and their content in the label; simple calculation of the relative atomic mass and simple classification of elements and so on. This paper also expounded that adding graphics, physical simulation, audio-visual teaching and other visual teaching in the concentration tutorial, laying emphasis on strengthening the study and application of the above attributes could arouse students' reorganization of cognitive structure and promote the development of students' abstract thinking.

The experiment indicated that the white precipitate of Fe(OH)2 transforming into celadon was not caused by the oxidation of dissolved oxygen, probably because the generated Fe(OH)2 precipitation adsorbed ferrous ions, and the celadon was caused by the accumulation of ferrous ions, which was confirmed by the solution did not appear red when adding sulfuric acid and KSCN solution in the light celadon precipitate. Then this article used sodium hydroxide ethanol solution (saturated) reacting with the new prepared ferrous sulfate, in which the white floc could be seen for hours.
