摘要：本文以葡萄糖和果糖为例讨论了单糖即醛糖和酮糖被某些弱、中、较强氧化剂氧化时的条件、产物和机理；说明了酮糖能被弱氧化剂氧化而不能被中等氧化剂氧化的原因。
