Abstract This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the experiment designs of reaction between copper and concentrated sulphuric acid, which were presented in the current textbooks and literatures. With the thought of greenization and miniaturization, using disposable syringes and Y-shaped tube, this article improved the experiment device, the whole experiment procedure could be finished in a closed system, and this experiment had the advantages of less dosage, simple operation, obvious phenomena and green.
