Abstract  In the background of technology development, blended learning has become a trend of teaching. This study attempts to build a blended teaching process framework and verify its teaching effectiveness with junior middle school chemistry as an example. The research shows that the process framework has a certain role in promoting teaching, and puts forward the reason discussion in three aspects: activity design, process evaluation and data management.
