Abstract Based on the core value of the history of chemistry course in teacher education and addressing the pain points in the teaching of chemistry teacher training program at our university,the SMART teaching mode was constructed under the guidance of the holistic,developmental,and social concepts of the macro science education perspective.This mode innovates teaching methods and evaluation by integrating online resources,developing dynamic knowledge graphs,and introducing AI teaching assistants.Through teaching components including Student Sharing(S)-Presentation Scoring(M)-Perspective Evaluation(A)-Historical Reenactment(R)-Reflective Summary(T),it achieves interdisciplinary thinking training,guides critical reflection,internalizes scientific values,and empowers practice through technology,thereby enhancing pre-service teachers' subject literacy,critical thinking,and digital literacy.
