Abstract  In order to cultivate innovative talents in the new era, the teaching mode of “three integrations, two reflections, and four advancements” that we have constructed has effectively improved the students' ability to innovate in science and technology. Based on the characteristics of organic chemistry, creating a scientific discovery context, and continuously stimulating students through the “three integration” strategies of core knowledge point network integration (challenge), theory and practice cross integration (high-level), and chemical ideological and political integration (curriculum ideological and political); through the “two reflections” process of teacher reflection and student reflection, it cancontinuously optimize the teaching process and improve the teaching effect; finally, students with different levels of knowledge will gradually improve the ability of science and technology innovation (innovative) through the “four steps” teaching strategy.
