Molecular Mechanism of Chemical Carcinogenesis Related Topics Based on Physical Chemistry Principles of Nucleic Acids
Nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), as the carriers of genetic information, are one of the most important molecules in the biological systems. As a group of organic molecules, the function has to be closely related and regulated by their structures and chemical properties. This paper starts with analyzing the basic chemical properties of nucleotide and oligonucleotide. Three categories of small molecules are summarized in a detailed and complete manner:molecules reacting with DNA in its resting state causing structural change; molecules reacting with DNA in its activated state causing blocked activity; and molecules causing single nucleotide mutation. The connections have also been discussed between nucleic acid chemistry and chemical carcinogenesis, cancer chemotherapy, as well as chemical mutagenesis. Hope to contribute to the further education and research on the nucleic acid chemistry, biology, and medical science.

“Two-Way and Four-Dimensional” University-Enterprise Cooperation to Cultivate Excellent Talents of Applied Chemistry
This paper explored a novel education mode of "two-way and four-dimensional" university-enterprise cooperation, and introduced the definition and implementation methods of this education mode. The implementation methods were summarized as follows:employing enterprise engineers to make the finishing point of teaching, and university teachers with doctoral degree doing part-time jobs in enterprise, so as to improve the training effect of students' ability to integrate theory and practice; cooperatively compiling textbooks and constructing teaching resources to create application atmosphere of teaching; carrying out embedded practice by stages and introducing off-campus practice teaching into campus to make students to digest the complex production process step by step and promote the course learning and the cultivation of engineering ability and application ability.
Characteristics and Applications of Alkyls in Organic Chemistry
The alkyls are important constituents and characteristics of organic compounds. This paper discussed the characteristics and applications of alkyls in organic chemistry comprehensively and systematically focus on tertiary butyl, allyl and phenyl. The related contents of organic chemistry can be connected in series through alkyls and it is helpful to the understanding and memory of organic knowledge.

Comprehensive Experiment on One-Step Synthesis of 1,5-Benzodiazepine
This paper presented a novel organic comprehensive experiment on one-step synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepine derivative via the reaction of 1,2-phenylenediamines, benzaldehyde and ethyl acetoacetate under the conditions of ice water bath, phosphotungstic acid as catalyst and ethanol as solvent. This method had the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation, good yield, short reaction time, environment friendliness, especially avoiding isolating intermediates, showing the practical application of green chemistry in organic synthesis and reflecting the modern organic synthesis methods. In addition, it was a good way to cultivate innovative experiment ability of students.
Innovative Talents Training Based on Coordination Chemistry Theories with Example of Synthesis and Properties of a Copper Complex
The college students' innovative training program was combined with coordination chemistry theories. On the basis of the theories, the design, synthesis, characterization and properties of complexes in the innovative training program were developed. Furthermore, their mutual integration and development were actively explored and practiced. It effectively integrated the theories and innovative capability, and could provide a reference for cultivating high-quality comprehensive talents with innovative ability.
Application of Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatograph in Determination of Hydrophilic Compounds
This paper introduced an original application of determination of high polar and hydrophilic compounds by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), to extend the HPLC application scopes of the instrumental analysis textbook and inspire students comprehensively understand characteristics of HPLC technology. Merck ZIC®-HILIC column was used to perform chromatographic separation and establish the quality control method for the typical medical and chemical product, cytosine. This paper introduced hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography(HILIC), experiment parameter optimization and detailed methodology validation in order to make the method legibly understood by readers and increase a new teaching case for instrumental theory and experiment class in life science, pharmaceutical and chemical majors.

Dissolution Study on Pravastatin Sodium Tablets
Taking the dissolution testing study of pravastatin sodium tablets as an example, this paper showed the general process and requirements of dissolution testing method development. Guiding the students to strengthen the understanding of dissolution testing of oral solid dosage forms and get some research ideas, so that they could be consistent with the development needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
Organic Chemistry Name Reactions Query Software Based on VBA and Access
Name reaction is an important part of organic chemistry. Efficient classification and retrieval of these name reactions by computers can promote the study and research work on organic chemistry. An interactive query system of organic name reactions was developed based on Microsoft Access database and VBA programming language to realize the query and edit of the reaction name, reaction process, and reaction mechanism of name reactions for users. And also, the software can complete all kinds of information browsing, searching and printing according to the alphabetical order, reaction type, and function groups. Its user management and data management can ensure the safety and the vitality of the software.
Investigation and Analysis of Talent Demand of Bio-Pharmaceutical Enterprises in Pearl River Delta Region
The talent demand situation of bio-pharmaceutical enterprise in the Pearl River Delta region were investigated through the following methods:field visits to the questionnaire survey, enterprise docking meeting, recruitment survey, and online questionnaire survey. The analysis showed that enterprise QC personnel demand most accounted for 33%. Each company put forward basic requirements for education, work experience, language skills, computer skills; 18% of employers prefered talents enduring hardship, and emphasized the biological personnel should first be familiar with instrument analysis technology and microbial technology; 84% of companies were willing to provide internship positions for university students. Therefore, the universities should place the primary focus on training the comprehensive quality of students, improve students' ability to practice, and help them master the necessary professional skills, at the same time, students should establish a correct view of employment.

New Derivation Methods of Kelvin Equation
The Kelvin equation is usually employed for the description of the relationship between saturated vapor pressure and radius of curved surface on liquid. Many derivations of Kelvin equation were shown in different textbooks. In this paper, according to the state function method which is generally used to solve a thermodynamic event, a specific macroscopic process was supposed and the general form of Kelvin equation was derived based on the principle of phase equilibrium and the fundamental thermodynamic relations. This derivation method of Kelvin equation is helpful to understanding the nature of metastable state phenomena.
