According to the characteristics and properties of fine chemicals chemistry,the curriculum reform was carried out from the following three aspects of optimizing contents according to social demand,using various teaching methods and participating in scientific research training ahead of time.And the research consciousness was penetrated,inspired and stimulated gradually by dual drive traction of teacher and tutor.Meanwhile,in order to further strengthen the cultivation of research consciousness,the reward system for students participating in scientific research training was established and the achievement evaluation method was adjusted in our college.After the reform,not only was the effect of classroom instruction improved,but also a solid foundation for the upcoming undergraduate graduation project and employment was laid strongly.

Wonderful world of chemistry is a general selective course for the non-chemical major undergraduates of Tianjin Normal University. The course is mainly focused on the modern active research areas and realities of life by adopting a heuristic, case-based, and interactive blended teaching mode. It used a variety of methods such as image display, video display, discussion, questionnaire, which could arouse students' enthusiasm and initiative to master the course in a relaxed state. Furthermore, it combined knowledge, practicability and interests, avoiding the tedious description of complicated chemical structure.

Contrast is an important way of logic thinking, and contrast teaching method is an effective teaching method in microcosmic meaning. Taking classroom teaching of phosphorus chemistry as an example, this paper discussed the application of contrast teaching method in elements chemistry. The results showed that it has good teaching effect. Four rules, comparability, difference, profundity and frontier, must be stressed in applying the method.

Due to the huge differences in learning methods between senior high school and university,it is difficult for students to adapt rapidly to the teaching of university inorganic chemistry.In this paper,the connection of senior high school and university chemistry teaching was researched,taking atomic structure as an example.Through the link of getting the right entry point,raising question,initial learning the basic knowledge,detailed explaining the principle and practicing exercises,the transition and connection of knowledge can be smoothly realized,and the ability of independent thinking and autonomous study are also cultivated.

Contact with reality,an innovative experiment was designed to explore the biomass adsorption materials and its modification.Through the pretreatment of raw materials,the preparation of adsorption materials and adsorption experiments,students' observation ability,analysis ability and practical ability were trained.Meanwhile,these processes familiarized students with basic experimental operations in inorganic chemistry and analytical chemistry and made students master the use of UV-visible spectrophotometer.Innovative experiments could provide a platform for the development and cultivation of college students' innovative ability,and stimulate students' interests in scientific research.

The synthesis of ethyl acetoacetate in textbook is to use ethyl acetate and sodium via Claisen reaction. There are some disadvantages of this method including difficult operation, safety issue, long reaction time, low quality of the product and low yield. Based on the same experimental purpose, principle and content, we proposed some new operations as following to improve the experimental results:using sodium and ethyl acetate (0.52 in mol ratio) under reflux condition, adding sand and stirring to create sodium beads, adding cyclohexane into system and fractionating to purify the product. Improved experiment is safe to operate. The products have higher purity and higher yield (over 70%).

Borax bead experiment is a very important experiment of boron element and its compounds. The experiment is hard to get a satisfying result using traditional nickel wire carrier and different textbooks have different descriptions on borax bead's color. This article made detailed research on various aspects such as the carrier's selection, dosage,ratio, temperature, mechanism and common metal salt borax beads' colors.

The hygroscopicity of huperzine A was characterized and compared by using dynamic vapor sorption (DVS),and the determination of moisture of huperzine A was measured by Karl Fischer's method.Huperzine A has the hygroscopicity before and after the drying,which would cause the lower result in assay.The DVS shows that it will reach the balance when hygroscopic moisture comes to 7%.While the sample is in the constant temperature and humidity chamber for 15 days,humidity 75% and temperature 15℃,it has no hygroscopicity based on DVS,and the content of huperzine A can be accurately determined.The content uniformity of huperzine A was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).

In view of the main problems encountered in the training of chemical full-time education master,the core goal of cultivating education master is chemistry teaching ability.This paper constructed the constitutive model of chemistry teaching ability and developed evaluation tools.This model included teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation and teaching research ability.On this basis, it constructed and implemented the cultivating chemistry teaching ability-oriented integrated process pattern, and discussed building and implementation of the curriculum based on the chemistry teaching design course, the education practice mode to promote the development of teaching ability, and the mode of guiding research paper based on the practice orientation of integration in the whole process. It built and implemented in different phases, realizing the education teaching theory and concept, teaching practice and teaching research ability in spiral development paths. Good results have been achieved.

The chemical reactions at high temperature and pressure concern the reliability of the equipment,the performance of the reactor,and the safety and durability of the nuclear power plant.However,there are many difficulties in conducting such experiments.With the help of PHREEQC program and the most recent thermodynamic database,the reaction models of H3BO3-LiOH ratio used and the precipitation of corrosion products generated in the primary circuit,as well as the pH control in the secondary circuit were established.The chemical simulations not only can help the students understand the relevant knowledge and enrich modern teaching methodology,but can be reference used for the training in the nuclear power enterprise.

The professional practice is an important part of the training for chemical engineering undergraduates.Due to the complex safety environment of chemical enterprises and deficient on-site experience of the students,students must be trained in the college and in the plant before they enter the manufacturing site.The college education of one week should integrate safety education into the chemical process closely through network learning platform,safety manuals and a variety of safety education activities.The college education adheres to basic safety knowledge including the process safety and living safety,and the education in the plant focuses on on-site emergency knowledge.Crossing teaching between safety knowledge and the process contributes to acquire the knowledge for the students.Network learning platform contributes to the communication between faculties and students,which expands their existing safety knowledge.Comprehensive safety manual contributes to master safety knowledge and regulate their own behavior.This paper offers a new method to integrate safety education into chemical industry practice.

With the concepts of characteristic function,zero order homogeneous function,Legendre transformation,deduction and application problems of the thermodynamic equation RTlnKcorGmo(T,co)were discussed theoretically in detail.Strict mathematical treatment shows that this widely cited equation is actually inconsistent with thermodynamic principles;it can be approximately applied to liquid phase and would lead to very large deviation for systems of gas.

This review synthesized the empirical studies on chemistry teachers' PCK from the perspectives of its measurement, development, and influencing factors. Results indicated that:(1) These studies focused on examining the PCK components and their relationships; (2) Researchers mainly employed the externally-driven and internally-driven strategies to develop chemistry teachers' PCK; (3) The factors influencing the development of chemistry teachers' PCK included teachers' personal educational background, teaching experience and reflection, as well as the practical guidance from the mentor, and the influence of subject matter knowledge and belief on PCK received more attention. Based on the comparison of the research trends at home and abroad, this paper also provided relevant suggestions for the chemistry PCK research and preservice chemistry teacher education in China.
