In view of the problems in organic chemistry classroom teaching, this paper described the student-centered teaching reform from three aspects of teaching methods, guiding students' inquiry learning and evaluation methods to stimulate the students' interests. The results showed that combining the core and frontier knowledge could positively guide students' autonomous exploration;"big class teaching, group discussion" could help students to master the core knowledge comprehensively and systematically and stimulate students' interests in knowledge inquiry; students' performance in discussion and inquiry being included in the total score was the recognition and motivation of students' learning ability.

Using engineering and living examples, teachers stimulated students to think about the practical problems through asking questions, then guided students to analyze these problems and introduced relative theoretical knowledge that need to be mastered in order to stimulate students' thirst for knowledge, and used relative theoretical knowledge of physical chemistry to clarify these practical issues at last. This teaching method could not only improve the teaching efficiency of physical chemistry classroom, but also train the students' applied ability.

In the experiment teaching of basic organic chemistry, the preparation of acetophenone experiment generally use Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction with some problems such as buying acetic anhydride difficultly, not easy to save aluminum chloride catalyst, and so on. This paper improved the Friedel-Crafts acylation using concentrate sulfuric acid as catalyst, phosphorus pentoxide as dehydrating agent, acetic acid as acylating agent reacting with tert-butylbenzene, with molar ratio of 1:0.75:2:1, to prepare the p-tert-butylacetophenone which confirmed by 1HNMR and 13C NMR.This method not only has the advantages of mild reactive conditions,cheap raw materials and simple operation, but also can test students' understanding of positioning effect and hindrance effect of substitutents on aromatic compounds. In addition, vacuum distillation operation is conducive to develop students' experimental skills, and enrich experiment teaching contents.

Based on redox and primary battery theory, ZnO rods were prepared from Zn foil via a Pt-induced electrochemical process, where ZnO/Zn served as an anode and Pt/H2O/H2 served as a cathode. Zn could be transferred into ZnO rod array under the Pt-induced action. The samples were charactered by XRD, SEM and UV-vis absorption etc, which proved that ZnO rods were formed on the ZnO foil. The synthesis method could not only show the construction of redox couples, but also emphasize the import function of inert electrode in a primary battery. The operation of the novel experiment was very sample, and its phenomena were visual. The students can further understand redox theory through the novel experiment, which will stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning and innovation.

This paper introduced the preparation of high ordered lamellar Ti/Si composite materials by sol-gel method using cationic surfactant CTAB as template, TEOS as silicon source, and TiCl3 as titanium source in hydrothermal system. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the products possessed high ordered microporous structure and homogeneous lamellar morphology with a dimension of around 10 nm, which provides favorable condition for its catalytic oxidation and establishes the theoretical foundation for the preparation of Ti/Si composite materials in the experiment teaching materials.

In view of the problems existing in the traditional teaching practice, this paper explored "double-track" teaching mode of inorganic and analytical chemistry experiment, which combined in-class experiments with extracurricular practice. This study introduced the importance, general objectives and framework of this teaching mode, carried out the in-class experiment teaching reform by innovating teaching methods, optimizing teaching contents and advocating the concept of green chemistry, explored the extracurricular practice reform from teaching contents, teaching methods and organization mode, and optimized the "double-track" practice teaching evaluation system.

During the preparation experiment of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, phenoxyacetic acid is prepared by Williamson recation with chloroacetic acid and phenol as materials under alkaline conditions based on the textbook. This method has led to the severe hydrolysis of chloroacetic acids and the oxidation of phenols in the experiment, which resulted in the poor quality and low yields of products. This paper improved this experiment as follow:chloroacetic acid was neutralized at 0℃; 1% of sodium hyposulfite as reductants was introduced; phenol first reacted with sodium hydroxide, then the such-prepared solution was added into sodium chloroacetate solution to react. Under the modified conditions, the quality of phenoxyacetic acid was improved and the yields could also increase to 95.2%.

Combining with the teaching of osmotic pressure of solution, this paper illustrated the application of SCL teaching method in chemistry course of secondary vocational health professional school. The process included setting context, introducing new lesson,using group activities to start a new knowledge and expanding students thinking capacity in practical applications. Inquiry learning was practiced in the course of fine chemical on the subject of food additives and food safety. Oriented on the interests of students, subjects were selected to be discrete from the central subject and collaborative study was carried out. Aimed at the cultivation of the learning ability of students, focus was put on the learning process and multi evaluation methods were incorporated. Aspects need to be improved during inquiry learning were discussed. Practice showed it was effective to arouse the learning interest of students, cultivate the students' exploratory ability and comprehensive quality.
